Looks like he has 28 offer right now, and he did cut some FBS schools (Akron, App State, Buffalo) as well as Richmond.

That said, while it's nice to have made the cut, a top 13 with his recruitment still being open doesn't mean a ton, but he seems like he'd be a great pickup.
