Even the A-10 folks would tell you the Southern Conference is the power in 1-AA

Not many A-10'ers will admit it. They come up with the tripe about the SoCon has only 3 strong teams while the A-10 is strong top to bottom. Guess Citadel, which has recently been a cellar dweller, disproved that for the Blew Chickens. Citadel shows signs of being big trouble for everyone this year. Great atmosphere for football in J Hagood, too.

Citadel has always proven to be a team that, no matter what their record is, can jump up one game and beat your butt. You have to be prepared for them and NEVER overlook them. GSU has learned that a couple of times. They almost beat us AT PAULSON in one of our championship seasons. Last minute score saved the win for us.

I would love to see the SoCon become the SEC of I-AA, without all the NCAA violations mind you. Lord knows we're starting to do our part in Cullowhee. I'd say except for VMI and UTC, everybody has the potential to knock off everybody, and please VMI & UTC fans don't take that as a PERSONAL knock, just stating my opinion. GO CATS!! <img border="0" alt="[Cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/cheers.gif" />
