He's going to get to play alongside Christian Koloko, who at Univ of Arizona was an absolute stud both offensively and defensively.

Jaylen was a DNP today in the Raptors' win.

Tough business. I like Sims a lot. I hope he figures out a place to make some $$$.

You have to believe if an NBA team is paying him, they want to get him on the court to see what they've got. They most likely started with guys on the court who have already played together to get some sort of a rhythm and will start to rotate in newer guys like Sims.

I think they only make around $1500 for the 11 day league so they don't have much invested in these guys. Maybe it will work for Sims but he is a real long shot to play in the NBA at this point .

He's playing for a DL opportunity. His opportunity will come if he can prove he's a 3&D guy, but that will take a few years in the DL. I think the DL will improve his chances to taste the NBA, but he'll have opportunities to play overseas and earn more.

I think Overseas is going to be the ticket for him. You can have very long careers over there and make a good bit of money. Several former uncw guys have done very well over there.

It's a dream come true. Make six figures playing basketball. I recommend that he avoid Chinese and Russian leagues.

I would imagine that a lot of players are having second thoughts about playing in Russia right now.

We take our freedom for granted. Ty Lawson was kicked out of the Chinese Basketball Association for saying on Twitter that a woman he danced with at a club had a nice body:

Once he signed with a team in Greece, his visa out of China was delayed four or five months.

Should earn him a bit more PT to see what he can do. Not a bad start at all. Would be curious to see how and who he defended? With Cacok, the stats showed up big in the rebound category as well which kept him on the court. Sims will need to go beyond decent scoring to stick out on the court.

Good to see him get some PT, and produce a bit. You never know what the heck they look for Cacock has produced at this level and in the NBA whenever given a chance and he still doesn't get much of a shot
