Last year we were ranked 2 nd in the MAC and 92 nationally despite only a 109 rank nationally for transfers. Almost 100% of that class has redshirted.
In 2022 we were ranked 11th in the MAC and 126 nationally.

Nice find. If a QB has an offer from WKU, he can probably play a bit.

For anyone that watched the D1 Michigan high school finals last night, a couple future Eagles played well! First of all, it was a great game with a ton of talent all over the field. I wish we would have been able to get the Southfield QB Isiah Marshall, he looks like the real deal, but he's headed to Kansas. Reggie Gardner (DT) played well up front, made quite a few tackles, and even came in and led the way with a few blocks on offense. Also, on the last play of the game he collapsed the pocket and got right in the face of Bryce Underwood and forced a bad pass which was picked off to seal the win for Southfield A&T. Wendell Smith (CB) also made a few tackles, broke up a pass, and looked pretty good in coverage. Gardner's play to force the game winning interception almost didn't happen...because of Smith! A play or two before Smith made a great, athletic play to intercept Underwood but couldn't hold on to the ball.
Nice to see a couple future Eagles shine on the biggest of high school stages....hopefully its a sign of big things to come from those two!

Great point. Are they recruiting over a rising junior starter and with Viotto as a rising redshirt redshirt frosh.
