Yeah, this looks like a really nice pickup for us! Has some impressive offers and 247 has him as one of the top 100 backs in the country. 5'11" and already nearly 190 lbs in high school....this guy could be our next Ian Erickson/Samson Evans type of back as he gets in and adds a bit more strength. He had something on his twitter that had his mid-season stats and at that point he had 48 carries, 834 yards and 11 TDs...so pretty good. Also played safety, so probably a tough kid!
The portal opens today, so might see some movement there.

It runs for 30 days, so until Jan 2. It doesn't make sense (at least to me) to enter the portal before your team goes to a Bowl, unless you believe there is a value to entering early. Even if your team plays in a New Year's Bowl, you can still enter the portal on the 2nd.

If players transfer at mid-year, they need more than 72 hours to select, be admitted, relocate, etc.
I'm not a fan of these shot gun, mid term transfers. It isn't like these players have been recruited for say 6 months.

Hey Cid, this is likely an un-related question but wanted to get your thoughts on any o-linemen we should be excited about next year (pending no one leaves for the portal).
My outsider eyes would say that Mayo, Lee, Roman, Rewolinski would be a core group. Any thoughts?
