Here's hoping it's the start of something big for UC recruiting in the Cincinnati/Dayton area. Do we know which coach took the lead on recruiting him, and if recruiting is assigned regionally on Satterfield's staff?

Just got a commitment from Zeb Kinsey, QB out of Toronto, OH (which is apparently a place). had offers from Oklahoma State, WVU, Duke, and a smattering of G5s. Big bodied, relatively athletic and a good to very good arm...but competition level is concerning. Apparently showed out at camps over the summer and earned most of his offers from there.

He looks incredibly similar in build and on field ability to Jawhar Jordan, who Satterfield recruited at Louisville to run in the same system.

This kid doesn't look real big and the highlights don't show him running over anyone. But oh my does he look to have speed. His acceleration and speed look off the charts.

The breakaway speed Satterfield lamented about last season among his inherited running backs? Let's hope so. I do believe Satt has an offensive philosophy but it certainly wasn't executed last season. Here's hoping changes in some personnel and coaching yield real improvement in '24.

Listed at 5'9" 180. My guess is they're going to move forward being a two back program, on power/inside guy and one speed outside guy. They've operated that way even back to their App State days, and it seemingly worked well this past season with Kiner/Montgomery, and looks to be what they're aiming for with Kiner/Pryor

I realize it’s NCAA tourney time and we went 3-9 in FB last fall but the buzz around FB is as silent as it’s been in 20 years.

i think the second transfer portal window is about to open (April 15-30). That's likely materially impacting the recruiting cycles.
