Does the NFL have academies in any foreign location?

I would think they could benefit greatly from having at least one in Europe and at least one in Africa. There are tons of potential players that simply need access to the game.

It would also benefit colleges over here because they're ready made recruits.

Im not sure if the NFL has academies across Europe but the pro leagues there do have them. England started college football roughly ten years ago. It's mostly a club sport tho. But in Germany and Austria and to a lesser extent France, football definitely has a niche core. I'd say it's like rugby or lacrosse is here. I think there's potential to be had in Europe, but first I think the NFL needs to get behind this new Euro Leauge of Football (ELF).
