What he's done has been impressive but it won't matter if these guys somehow perform lower in the NFL draft as opposed to their expectations. But only time will tell.

Yea, now that you mention it, I thought that too. Lovie wasn't exactly gung ho like Deion (or Fleck) though, so maybe that's the difference.

Yup. No hesitations, timeouts, or thinking about it. Like the 2 point conversion at GT, I was like WTF, but it's paid off. Made the difference in the close games (all our games, LOL)
He has confidence is his players. NIU had the highest 4th down conversion rate in the FBS in 2021.
