Thanks it was a tight one. I really want us to win this the next game. Senter set up Dimel nicely. It’s time to take advantage of this opportunity and start the season 3-1.

It's been a while since I've been on here. But...
1. Life got pretty busy with kids growing up and going off to college, getting married, 2 new grandkids, etc.
2. Moved to Las Vegas.
3. I've been able to watch UTEP this year on TV, so I'm glad they are doing well (with the exception of the assault in Austin).

I will have to say I was clearly in the “skeptical” camp on Dimmel. (That’s actually an understatement). I just didn’t even see the point.
Looks like I was wrong and it’s working our pretty good so far..

Oh, you could very well be right, just give it some time. The Miners have won 2 close games vs fcs teams and from here on out its fbs all the way. If they can get 2 more wins then Dimel will have at least shown improvement and offer a little hope that the program is finally turning around.

Wait... I do not want to rain on anyone's parade, but wouldn't the game this Saturday be a better assessment on where UTEP stands than their 2-1 record (with 2 wins over FCS teams)?
