I subscribe to Bearcat Banter. Recently I started receiving email notification whenever someone starts a new thread. I don't need those emails and would rather wait until I access the board to review any new threads. I looked in my profile setup and could not see a way to opt out of these email updates.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Never mind. I took a closer look at the email and saw the instructions to unsubscribe.
