He is everything that is right about college sports and humanity in general. I really hope the students get this message and show up in force.

We need to take care of business over this homestand, in order to keep growing the fan base (new and student). Don't give them a reason (as we have, too often, in the past) to not come back and be part of the excitement.

Some tidbits for today's game, from Towson:
Towson has won three of its last four games by double digits.
-They average 70.2 ppg. Tribe averages 73.9.
The Tigers are #1 in Scoring Defense - 66.2 ppg .
- Tribe is 4th at 68.5 ppg.
Towson outscored UNCW 23-13 in the final six minutes and Elon 22-10 over the final five minutes.
- Tribe has had a tendancy to let teams get back into games late. Need to stop that today.
The Tigers are 37-for-39 (94.8 percent) from the foul line in the second half of its last two games.
- Tigers average 77% from FT line, Tribe 74%.
Towson is the 2nd best Offensive Rebounding team in the CAA (behind Drexel), averaging 10.7 offensive boards per game.
They are led in scoring by Brian Fobbs at 16.2 ppg and Allan Bertrand, at 13.8.
Top Rebounder is Sanders Nayke at 6.7 rpg.
William & Mary and Towson share a common non-conference opponent: Saint Joseph's. The Tigers beat the Hawks, 76-64. The Tribe lost to the Hawks, 84-69.
The Tigers have already surpassed their win total from last season.

I wish we had the towel man. I'm expecting a very big crowd today. I'll be very disappointed if it isn't, but the weather is pretty good outside for the end of January

Who woke up Jason Gibson?? He came in averaging 7 ppg and he has 15 in the 1st Half!
