Turns out their graduation rate (that they bragged about) was totally false. They “miscalculated” for FOUR years.... so their real number dropped from a 95, to an 88. Think OP is confusing GSR with APR. Our APR is still the highest in the country for public schools and No. 1 in Florida. Our GSR drops from Top 5 nationally to Top 10 nationally with this calculation fixed.
The APR is what employees are bonused on, not GSR.

USF GSR in 2016 was 86, and is 85 now... same as UCF. Math really isn’t y’all strong suit.
