Allegiant should be the CUSA airline for the Eastern Division. Its hard to hitchhike from Charlotte to the Bahamas

Here's what you do CLT.
Drive to Asheville. Fly Allegiant to Fort Lauderdale for $55 bucks. Fly Southwest from Fort Lauderdale to Nassau for $107. Return flight to FL for $167 and return from FL to AVL for $70.

As a native South Floridian I have been to the Bahamas more times than I have been to Georgia. I guess I’m taking our access to the Islands for granted but the Bahamas bowl would be easy for us to attend.

With CUSA participating in the bowl pool next year if both schools keep winning we could meet in the Myrtle Beach Bowl in the next couple of years. That'd cut down on the time between meetings. Good luck Niner!

There are no ferries to Nassau . That's a long trip by boat. The ferries only go to Grand Bahama and one or two of the other close islands.

The "SBC Champ to New Orleans" isn't set in stone for 2020 and beyond. Last year it was announced about 3/4 through the season and this year it was announced at the start of the season. No word for next year. We'll have to wait and see, but it's still up in the air. Either way, yeh. I'd be down for a match up in New Orleans.
