Fuhrer Mickey doesn't mess around - georgia_tech_swagger - 11-13-2019 10:43 PM

I got emailed directly from a Disney employee wanting to do affiliate referrals to ESPN+. Talk about ruthless product acquisition.... paying humans to hunt down message board operators big and small for kickbacks for a pay per month service that represents a triple dip by ESPN into your wallet.

I'm not going to run ads for it or anything ... just amazed that one of the biggest public traded companies is this aggressive driving revenue to their least most profitable income source with the weakest content portfolio.

Do we have to put mouse ears in all our sigs and shun everyone who speaks ill of Star Wars now?

Tell them no, or tell them treat the AAC and MWC as the P7.

Wait until DavidSt+ is available. Rumor has it you'll be able to see every Arkansas Tech and Colorado Mesa lacrosse match, streamed live. 07-coffee3

I hear it also features community college intermural bowling filmed on a first generation iPhone.

Lol, I just wish there was a feature to cancel all the ads once I've already signed up. What else do they want from me?

I swear, every time I order Pizza Hut I get bombarded with ads from them too. I already bought your food!

I will say that the first episode of The Mandalorian was amazing. There is a legit huge reveal at the end and I was a skeptic about whether this series was necessary.

Or maybe you're a bigger deal than you think you are... time for you to ask the boss for a raise.

Your refusal will be met with strong arm tactics. You will be turned into the ACC and Georgia Tech as a fan unwilling to pitch in for the team cause. Shame! They will open their own website for all sports and urge a boycott of yours.

Then you will be dragged before a Pelosi appointed House sub committee and grilled on your lack of PC.

And when you are out on cases the mouse will a have shamus watching you.

So cut off from the Tech alumni association, blackballed by the ACC office, watched as you watch, and openly campaigned against on a rival Disney Web Site you will be forced to comply. It's the corporate way.

And when all else fails that House sub committee will release your personal information to ANTIFA so they can pressure your non PC forum.

All of that because you said no! Hold out too long and you'll be linked to Epstein.

Just saying.

I loved it too! Looking forward to episode #2 tomorrow.

Sorry I'm a sellout, I love Disney+ so far.

Probably going to get ESPN+ also if there is a bundle

There is a bundle - you can get Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ for $12.99.

I jumped on that, because I was paying $6.99 for Hulu and $4.99 for ESPN+, so for just $1 more I'm now getting Disney+.

The Hulu in the bundle is the version with commercials, but I have had it for a year and the commercials are no hassle and it has a lot of good exclusive content. Not as good as Netflix but well worth it, IMO.

I'm honestly not crazy about Netflix anymore.

There are a few things I like to watch like that Viking show and Frontier. But overall most of their exclusive content feels like low budget garbage just to say they have content. Like I never understood why people loved Umbrella Academy.

What I stuck around for was shows like Daredevil, Disney Movies, Marvel Movies, and shows I didn't care to watch while they were live.

But now with YouTube TV I can pretty much stream or record anything live and I can get all the Disney properties on their own platform. It has made Netflix rather irrelevant to me.

Well along those lines, does anyone know any good porn sites? I don’t usually watch porn but when I do watch porn I like to watch porn that advertises their porn on my favorite sports board.

No need to answer me directly, I’ll just hang up and watch for the contextual advertising 03-wink

Adult content is verboten on the ad networks we use. Same applies to us. And yes, I've seen automated take downs just for having a sideline reporter's bikini photo in a thread. 03-lmfao
