While I have not particular argument with these 'preseason' poll observations ... I would expect both Ball State and Akron to finish higher than predicted ... possibly CMU too.

Which has absolutely no merit. A simple rank order prediction is fine but assigning a percent chance based on perceived quality seems nonsensical.

GOOD QUESTION ... but I don't have an answer. Like I said, have no real issues with the poll, just have more faith by the end of the season BSU, Akron, maybe CMU could be better than expected. All of those are Jr/Sr teams that usually do well in the MAC.
