This incident occurred at 1:30 AM on a Saturday night in Sept...and this 4 star Freshmen Pt Guard just turned himself in this week.
Sounds like he was drunk/high but he successfully ran into a secured campus building using his ID (which the school confirmed) so the cops couldn't reach him for a urine/blood test...so he doesn't face any of those charges.
Only question remains...did the UCONN Univ Cop "let him go" (because he was a star basketball player and DUI/Driving High would derail this kids season and career) and reported that the driver "ran away from him"?
Was this cop's body camera working or not working?

This apparently got worse today. He apparently smelled of alcohol, and hit a pole and a car. The car he was driving was some girls who said originally said she did not give anyone permission to drive it. She later changed that to say she was too hammered to remember if she gave someone permission (sounds like someone at UCONN got her to change her story lol)
