I really don’t care for Rodgers at all. He’s a great player however. Talk about trying to give it away RE: 2019-2021 NFL Regular Season - billthebighawksfan - 12-13-2021 11:08 AM We are struggling right now offensively because we have some key pieces not there in the running game. Still, no excuses, Dak has to play better period. The defense is finally nails thanks to getting back DMac, Galimore and others. That will free up Parsons to go off. If Pollard and Elliott can get right, they have a good shot at the playoffs and potentially much more. They have work to do. Not sure the discipline is there for a great run, talent is but that’s not enough normally. Brewers are at home on against the Mets on Monday the 19th. It's been a while since I was in Chicago in the Fall, but I was up one year with the Cardinals in town. Wrigleyville was electric that Saturday...sports bars all day watching football, prepping for the game. 2019-2021 NFL Regular Season - tke75hawk - 12-13-2021 11:20 AM I am not a fan of rogers as a person but love him on the football field. Gb may have salary cap issues next year. Last home game of the year. Was able to work it into a business trip. We might end up having to plan it for 2023, we are building a house and it should be done September-Oct timeframe. So will be hard to commit to anything in that timeframe next year sadly.(12-13-2021 10:39 AM)Seahawkhoops Wrote:(12-13-2021 10:25 AM)bricksnivy Wrote:Me and a few buddies are going to do a fall trip next year going to hit Cubs Friday, ND Sat and Packers Sunday, Hoping there is a weekend where it all lines up(12-13-2021 10:12 AM)Seahawkhoops Wrote:(12-13-2021 10:06 AM)bricksnivy Wrote: Get the most talented QB in NFL history out of my division and away from my division rival as soon as possible. I'll be honest, I'm starting to wonder if the Cowboys have a chance. Defense playing well to really good, and the pieces are there on offense. It looks like Green Bay and Tampa Bay are the top two, but I can see Dallas upsetting Tampa Bay to get to the NFC championship game. The question in my mind is whether or not their recent defensive performances are simply taking advantage of bad offenses, or if that defense will play in the playoffs. 2-2 against playoff teams this year and the last team they played with a QB was the Raiders. 2019-2021 NFL Regular Season - tke75hawk - 12-30-2021 08:55 AM If green bay is tied with dallas then dallas gets 1 seed with better nfc record. Dallas has 1 and green bay 2 . So green bay needs to win out. Both of Dallas' games are against tougher competition than Green Bay faces. 2019-2021 NFL Regular Season - tke75hawk - 12-30-2021 09:24 AM Covid and injuries can change a games outcome. Sure, that is true, but I'm not sure what your point is. That isn't unique to Green Bay and Rodgers already missed time with Covid. 2019-2021 NFL Regular Season - tke75hawk - 12-30-2021 11:04 AM Bricks green bay or dallas could get a lost due to covid and this could change the seeding for playoffs. This is a new variable since covid is spiking now. This is a new variable since covid is spiking now. I hear ya. I was referencing who I believe is best in the NFC more than looking at where they'll be seeded. I think that is the disconnect. Getting the #1 seed and a bye and home field advantage is huge, but I still think the best two teams are GB and TB. I'd have Dallas third, but not much separating them and LA. My initial thought is that the NFC East is awful, and so Dallas' competition is weaker and their defensive performances a bit skewed against weaker competition. But, when I step back other than the NFC West, there is really a pretty big gap between five teams that I'd consider contenders and everyone else. East only has Dallas, South only has TB, North only has Green Bay and everybody else in those divisions are pretty bad. Home field advantage is important for everyone, but only Green Bay's home field really changes game strategy. 2019-2021 NFL Regular Season - tke75hawk - 12-30-2021 11:49 AM I agree sunday night in green bay temp 12° to 2°.
