I'm not a Panthers fan, but I always liked Cam. Feels like a great situation for him, and there's little risk for NE.
Recognize there is little risk, that's why he will either be the starter or cut before week 1. It will be interesting to see how he conforms to being in NE. Billy don't stand for the presser drama, nor the excessive on the field celebrations. It is tough to teach heart though, and his career will always be over shadowed by the fumble he watched slip away.

I'm sorry... WTF did you just say? You trying to pretend your team didn't have the most obnoxious TE in history for the last several years? The same guy that was half naked getting twerked on during a SB parade? The same guy everyone casually refers to as a "frat boy", and not in a flattering way?

C'mon man.

Not sure if you think we're all that dumb or if you're wearing your mask over your eyeballs.
LOL Gronk has been the real exception to the rule. But in terms of "on the field" all that stuff was off. His Gronk spike wasn't really excessive by today's standards. Cam does the damn super man after a 5 yard scramble.

I'm not sure the rest of the league sees NE through the same lens as you. I expect that Cam will tone down his celebrations some and that the NFL is willing to enforce helmet-to-helmet hits on Cam stricter now that he's changed uniforms.

Dude... just stop. Gronk is easily the most ridiculous on/off field examples of a human I've seen in pro sports in a while. Then you have guys like Edelman that celebrate after every catch. Hell man, it's the NFL... almost every player does some ridiculous celebration after every play. Cam doing the "super man" really rubs you that wrong? That's your thing? Not the fact that he kind of sucks... but that he does the super man? 03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao

The rest of the league always hates(envious of) successful teams (this explains dislikes for Cowboys 90s, and Steelers70s/80s) .

I don't think Cam's issue was the helmet to helmet hit, he just never figured out what hits are worth taking and what he's better off to slide or get out of bounds for.

Gronk was definitely overly obnoxious off the field(and outside of the complex) that's really not debatable.

No. That's not even close to a correct representation of me. There's a WR that also torched us that I like... a lot. Chris Hogan is a very talented WR. I could also choose to really hate him if I wanted to, since he left the Bills in FA and went to the patriots. However, I don't. I can't stand Gronk because he acts like a 15 year old child as an adult.

You sir, are the poster child of what a homer is. lol

if I was a homer, I'd be saying that CAM is the ticket to the super bowl(all over the fan pages). Not at all the case. You want to see homers go check out those pages, You will want to go postal. I've acknowledged Gronk was definitely obnoxious off the field, that's really not even debatable. Another thing that if I was a homer I wouldn't. We all favor our teams a bit but homer references not being able to look at his team objectively, not at all the case. If you want to look back you can see all last season I said they really had no chance of going to the bowl and TN very easily could beat them In Rd one. A homer wouldn't do that.
You and 08 hate NE that you NEVER look at things objectively either. But, if my team got the crap kicked out of it by one team, over, and over, and over for 20 years I'd probably hate it too, so I cut you guys some slack.

Okay. I'm literally laughing over here. I've wasted enough time on this so far this morning.

I just can't wait for Cam to be dressing like a grandma and whining at his pressers after he throws 3+ picks to that Buffalo defense.

I'm thinking Bellichick is 2 years out from retirement at this point.

You really think Billy will let him dress like that at pressers? I'd honestly be shocked if that conversation wasn't had before they signed him.

And just come to grips with it, Stidham, or Cam, as long as Billy is there NE owns that division. :)

2019 NFL Regular Season - tke75hawk - 06-30-2020 12:32 PM

Ne has owned the afc east because it has been the worst division in the nfl which let's them get a bye and home field advantage in the playoffs

That division, had the same amount of wins last year as the division your packers are in..... One less in 17, and more wins in 2016. That division gets $hit on a lot, Bills would probably have won the Packers division last year.

2019 NFL Regular Season - tke75hawk - 06-30-2020 12:43 PM

The division was better last year .i am talking about 20 years. How many times has a wild card team been from this division.

You can't look at that with a narrow lense. The AFC as a whole has been stronger many of those years. Hell, 2 teams under .500 have made the playoffs in the NFC in the last few years.

RE: 2019 NFL Regular Season - Seahawkhoops - 06-30-2020 12:55 PM

I'll keep going............more combined wins than Packers division in 2015, 2013, 2010 . So 4 of the last 10 years the AFC East had more combined wins than the packers division.
