Besides the top 3 of MSU, Maryland, and OSU, I think Illinois will surprise many.

It's a fun list to look at. It's odd seeing Penn State listed above Indiana (had a second of wait BASKETBALL!?! Not football). Terps have pretty high expectations this year. I want to see Mark T. coach them up to actually achieve it.
