...On buying around 1,000 votes to sway a meaningless Twitter poll in your favor.

I've been watching the results all week. I think even at 10k total votes that was a higher total vote count than App had in their previous matchups. We were at 10k with Memphis so that was in line with what we had seen in the past.
The way results would bounce back and forth overnight seemed to indicate manipulation of some sort, from both sides. No one was voting like that late at night, cause the results were changing overnight.
Also I peeked over at the Cabin, and App fans were talking about enlisting Ohio State fans to help as well. Wouldn't it be funny if we were a proxy war between Ohio State and Michigan?
In any case, instead of using Twitter we get to use their totally legit website now.
If nothing else this has been some offseason entertainment.

HOw do you do voter fraud in a Twitter poll. IIRC you need a verified phone number to get an account, and they're not going to let you create dozens of accounts in a matter of hours.

Not denying some manipulation happened.
But I saw curious jumps both ways throughout the week, not to the degree of what happened right at the end though, granted.
