Congrats Primeau! What a season he had and definitely deserved!
I think Thiessen would have won in 09 had the award existed at that time. Not sure if anyone else would have before that.

Marc Robitaille and Bruce Racine would have had a great chance is the award existed.
Robitaille played at NU when Richter was with the Rangers, while Racine was at NU well before Richter was at Wisconsin.
