Road game, but a winnable one. JMU is talented but do not seem to be able to put it together. In the first game we spotted them a large lead right off the bat, like usual, and roared back for a victory. In our quest for the bye this game is one we have to have. Saturday will be the gut check for this team as Towson will be fighting for a spot as well. So that game will likely be a deciding game between the 6 seed and 7 seed. A split is essential, win both and we are solidly avoiding the play in. JMU shoots a bunch of 3's so we need to stay in front of Mosley and not let him torch us again.

One other note Phillips played well the last game against us. We need to foul him often. He has decent moves down low and can punish us, but he is a dreadful FT shooter. Hack-a-shaq works here. He was 0-6 last game against us from the FT line. So if he beats you foul the crap out of him. It is basically a turnover, even though you gained a foul.

Tonight's game is another College Sports Live game, which means no CAA.TV or homer JMU announcers. I'm not sure if this is still the case, but some other posters had mentioned that Roku no longer supports the SportsLive app.

According to this link, they have one for Apple, Roku, and Google, but doesn't mention Amazon. Now if the Roku app doesn't work, and they're advertising that it does, then who knows?

The way I got it to work on the last game was used the amazon internet (silk) and clicked the link and was able to watch it like I was on a computer except on the tv. But it was not a separate app

Not convinced they can defend us or us them could be a shoot out. A better start would be nice. For some reason I believe the boys will come out strong out the gate.

This was just not a good game. Very sloppy. Seemed almost disinterested. Every time we got it to 7 it seemed like a mental lapse or sloppy/weak passing was going to come next. It was not until real late we got within 7 and at that point JMU was trying to give us the game. I think they missed 3 straight front ends of 1 and 1's. Bad loss. Must win on Saturday.
