Looking for 4 tickets to the March 2nd game against Memphis. Game is sold out. I know I can go on stubhub or several other sites but I was just checking in to see if any UC fans on here would be interested in selling their unused tickets at a reasonable price versus getting gouged on the internet aftermarket.

I believe they are selling standing room tics. Did this for Eggs and had a good time.

Where do you stand during the game?

There's a huge bar and gathering area right behind the student section. Get there early for a good spot, though.

And there is standing area at the top of the arena I think all the way around that many were standing at, if they weren't at one of the bar areas.

How great is it for Bearcat basketball to be selling "SRO" tickets for a game against an unranked conference opponent?

The Military Bowl capped the final chapter in the feel good story of 2018 in Cincinnati sports. Now the basketball team is picking up the torch and carrying it forward with an 18-3 record, far exceeding the expectations of most. Of course some in local media aren't enjoying the new narrative with UC in the spotlight. Imagine that, standing room only in an arena 20% larger than Cintas...

All remaining home games are SRO .

I know his position as the new UC beat writer came because of sad circumstances, but Scott Springer is doing some good work at the Enquirer covering UC basketball.

Great point; his coverage has been excellent. They couldn't have hired anyone with his depth and breadth of knowledge about UC sports. It was a good move by the Enquirer for sure.

Can kids be in the "huge bar and gathering area"?

Various spots around the arena. We typically stand behind 219. 219 has one part with 2 rows and the other is a full section. We stand behind the 2 rows. Bar, food, bathrooms are all to the right.

Excellent point regarding the SRO tics. Talk about interest and a product people want to see. When we had SRO, I walked around the various viewing areas. All of them were good. As long as you do not mind standing, interesting way to watch a game. Feels as if you are in a sports bar with a live game going on.

Not sure what the limit is to SRO. Wondered if it is a way to go from 12,012 up to our old capacity of 13,187?

Xavier had 12,513 (which is conveniently cute) and UCLA had 12,689 but not sure what the maximum limit is with SRO
