Normally its South Lake Tahoe or Snowshoe but with the wife 8 months pregnant, Im stayin close and hitting Wintergreen. Almost embarrassed to say it lol Hopefully todays rain doesnt screw up their base too bad.

9pm works great for me. I get both kids in bed and that's my sit down and unwind time and catch up on work.
And I am taking my 6 year old snowboarding at the shoe for his first time in March. He's stoked. =]

Yep, wife will be going to bed at 9 so my night will be very similar. Good choice on the snowboard over skis. The kids who grow up skiing always envy the ones on the snowboard lol

Old guy here. I used to resent the snowboarders when they started showing up on the slopes, but couldn't precisely put my finger on why.
Until I realized that it was because the snowboarders were so clearly enjoying themselves more than the skiers.

I learned to ski first because I went with some sort of group and everyone was skiing. It was right about the time snowboarding started to gain popularity out here on the east coast. I was probably 12. The next winter I rented a snowboard and was hooked and never stopped. I got called a bunch of names by the 2 plankers for snowboarding. Now we all peacefully co-exist. =]
