I think the KenPom ratings have a natural bias against midmajor schools, especially against C-USA schools. RPI & NET actually agree to a decent extent on where C-USA schools are in the basketball hierarchy.

I have no idea why everyone falls in love with Kenpom ratings. Ive always thought they were the worst skewed ratings out there. If you aren't in a power 5 or someone like Gonzaga or Memphis with Cal you could be undefeated at this point and still be in the 100s with him.

Massey ratings are an average of the other rankings. I look at it often.

I’m inclined to believe the KenPom rankings are much more realistic than the other two. North Texas may win C-USA this season, but there is no way they can be ranked 36th or 51st right now based on their schedule. Their OOC schedule was one of the weakest in the country.

Agree 100%, KenPom reflects correct order right now in CUSA, nationally agree we are too far down but CUSA I think KenPom is best reflection or how teams are playing....

Nice, Syracuse is still counting as a Q1 win for us. That certainly helps. Being 2-2 in Q3 doesn't help though.

Yeah. And the only Quadrant 2 win for North Texas is within 4 spots of falling to a Quadrant 3.
I wonder how much that would drop them if Indiana St were to drop from 132 to 136?

It's possible that Hawaii and New Mexico both move up to Quadrant 2 wins. Would be very interesting to see how that would change your ranking as well.
This is all just intriguing to me since this is the first year of it.
