NU lost a tough 6-5 game to #22 UConn in Brookline Wednesday afternoon.
NU’s has a 2-1 lead going into the 8th inning when the other Huskies scored 5 runs off both NU closers. But the original Huskies rallied to score 3 in the bottom frame and had a runner on 3rd when UConn’s RF made a run saving catch.
The Huskies host UNCW on Friday.
