Per his twitter he is transferring to the Hoosiers for football. Wonder how a guy who's never played transfers to a B1G school? Maybe it's about academics and he's a preferred walk on.

According to the NIU site his Dad played football at Indiana, so I get his interest in going there. What I don't get is Indiana's sudden interest in Schneider...

Yes, with a history of players like Schneider and Barksdale leaving, there is no way we could ever be a decent team. These players could have set the world of college football on fire with tons of media descending on DeKalb, and now we'll never know. O, woe is us!!

I agree. I think everyone here should do likewise. This is a terrible tragedy when such talent leaves the team. We need to get to the bottom of why this is happening. I blame the coach a little and the AD a lot more. I also blame the State for the budget fiasco, and I blame the concessions lines in the Convo and them serving cold hot dogs and salty popcorn. There's plenty of blame to go around here!
