Nick Muse transferring to South Carolina. I don't blame the kid, but I just do not like this transfer fiasco in college sports.

For anyone who gets Stadium TV, replay of the Big 33 Classic is on at 11am, for chance to watch Kane Everson's big game.

Thanks for the heads up. I ended up finding stadium on the roku. Got in late, so I missed Kane.

Edit... He's back in Man, Kane is shifty in the open field. His receivers are bailing him out a good bit, but you can tell he's a playmaker

They commented that he was coming to W&M as an athlete, not a QB. Both teams neutralized each other the whole game except when Kane was on the field. He was the difference. He had a nice run in his first series where his speed got him outside the corner and up the field. Delaware QB commit started ahead of Kane and alternated, but he could not create space from the rush. W&M, Richmond and Delaware had one recruit each. Villanova had two, and Towson had five.

He's coming to W&M as a WR so we won't have to concern ourselves with receivers bailing him out.

My daughter just completed a week session at The College. Many meals were eaten in Sadler, and she saw lots of players in and out of the café.

He doesn't have the luscious locks that Trainer sports.

UVA is offering a July 4th ticket promotion through July 7th. Tickets available for $17.76 for the Tribe game. Promo code is "1776". Tickets available in lower sections 110-112, next to the normal visitor section in 113. Tickets, also, available in upper sections. Good deal.

Glad to see the JMU game is not listed with public single game sales starting July 9th for all other home games. Smart move. Hopefully, only available through direct Homecoming communication.

Some # assignments (some changes) and looks to be a few position moves.

Gavin Johnson is listed as a LB and assigned Nate's #3. Kinda odd.

No Brown, Owusu, Simms, Britt, Waxter, Cornett, Reed, McCarty, Ridpath, or Myers.

Freshmen & transfers assigned #s, to include Cal Kee (LB for us but was a safety at Louisiana Monroe. Committed to Nevada out of HS but we offered him. From Hampton).

Campbell now listed as a DL vice OL/DL.

Zgombic listed as FB, instead of DE.

Phipps now LB vice DL.

Creed now DE, not TE.

I'm surprised about Owusu and Reed. Lot's would be fifth year seniors who didn't play ever/much so I hope most graduated and are on their way to something after football. Others were walk ons.

A game-changing interception from NorthWood grad Bronson Yoder in tonight's IFCA North/South All-Star Game.

The North with an epic, 25-24, comeback victory, spurred on by late heroics!

What a way to go out for the W&M commit!

Interesting to see virtually all (except perhaps Center) OL and DL reporting lighter weights. Johnson a starting DE last year now listed as LB. Pretty good sign we can expect drastic changes (as expected) in offensive and defensive packages and schemes. Looking for mobile OL to run more spread, and likely more movement on defense instead of down formations. Thoughts?

It certainly makes sense for the kind of offense we want to run. I'm impressed that the staff can affect change so quickly.

Having seen some offensive lineman the year after they stop playing football, I'm not surprised. Some of these guys have to really work to keep that weight on.
