I just wish he'd taken the extra step of looking up the current roster, saw that there is a #7 - also a QB -who will be a teammate of his, and just used a stock image of a WM helmet or other logo.

Pretty small sample size. His one game with any real numbers was against Campbell, an FCS school that still hasn’t fully funded scholarships. He did have a good last game of the year against an awful South Alabama squad. It is his rushing numbers that intrigue me the most.

The starting Fullback for the W&M Indians in 1958 was named Lenny "Boom Boom" Rubel- I don't recall whether we won any games that year - but we had some neat names.

mrjoolius, thanks for making your point and to further your comment....no college athlete should ever be labeled as a bust. You go get 18 year old kids and put them into a system where almost everyone on the team was all conference, all state, etc. It's a big step up. Some make it big, some get playing time, and some don't. Becoming a college athlete in any sport is a huge accomplishment and should never be considered a bust.
