It must be baseball season. Forecasted to rain in Jonesboro all 3 days. We'll do well to get all 3 games in.
We also lost our leading returning hitter to a broken Tibia last weekend. He'll miss all 4 OOC Weekends and our conference openers with Coastal and ULM for sure. From there, the hope is we can get him back to regular action by the 4th Conference series. Pitching is going to be interesting. We never found a consistent starting pitcher all last year, and enter this year without a real plan outside of hope what seemed to work at the end of last season works this year, and do it without Tyler Zuber, whose likely going to be in AA this season.

Just to be clear, App is at UNCG. There is a Greensboro College that plays at the D3 level. We aren't playing them. UNCG was in the field last year and is preseason SoCon favorite.

USA pitching has struggled today. Too many walks for sure, but the Jags offense has shown up. After 6 innings USA leads 8-5.
