Mother Of All PLAYOFFS 2017-2018 - CAJUNNATION - 01-11-2018 12:37 PM
RULES
-- All 10 conference champions get bid
-- Next 14 highest ranked schools get bid (used final regular season AP poll)
-- Highest 8 seeds get first round bye
-- Seeds 9-24 begin First round action at higher seed's home field on 3rd week of December
-- Sweet 16 would play on 4th week at higher seed's home field
-- Elite 8 would be 1st week of January. This would begin use of "CFP" bowls
-- Final 4 next week at 2 other "CFP" bowls
-- National Championship next week at a "CFP" bowl

Exactly. One of them will be eliminated, and the other would play Arkansas State for the SBC Title.

Because we could probably lose to you guys and still win the division after you lose 4 league games to the 4 bottom teams.
Though next year is our semi-annual loss in Lafayette, so I guess we have to beat you guys to keep our chances up.
