Cajun fans...tell us about Will Hall - UofMemphis - 01-01-2018 05:32 PM
Memphis is hiring him as OC.
all I know is he went 56-20 as Head Coach at West Alabama and West Georgia. I saw where y'all scored 50 or more points three times last season and scored over 40 points twice.
anything else you guys can tell us about him?

So, I'm going to forgive UM's oversight as he doesn't visit here enough to know about the UL vs ULL drama. But in acquiesce to the Cajuns fans issue with the use of "Lafayette" I'm going to slightly edit the thread title.

Yeah, its sort of like using @ Ruston to refer to Tech... Using ULL is one thing, but Lafayette comes off super bad. We don't even use Lafayette and Monroe here in passing to refer to the Louisiana schools. Neither seems to go over well.

Lafayette refers to the FCS Lafayette Leopards program.
To answer your question, Will Hall is a very solid coach. He will likely end up being a good pickup for the Tigers.

from what I have heard, he was very liked by everyone and viewed as a great offensive mind. he was handcuffed by HUd, and starting 3 different QB's during the season due to injuries, but still managed to oversee a huge offensive production increase from the previous year in his 1 season.
