No problem with you guys or your first FBS win. I was pretty excited about it. You deserve some recognition. All I'm saying is Hansen had one of those once in a lifetime type nights. For the conference office to not see/recognize and understand that is wrong. If you've not watched the replay of that game you should. His poise and decision making were very, very good.

That's correct. Coaches and select media members vote on this award.
And, fair or not, whether your team wins does factor into the thinking.

In 2009, Troy's Levi Brown threw 271 passes without throwing a pick. The Arkansas Razorbacks broke the streak.
