Agree. I think Beard has done a great job, especially in light and timing of the Mac fiasco. I feel Beard has earned his shot.

I bet Beard is happy as his Oregon St Beavers improved to 54-4 tonight! That is insane, only 4 losses in a season, thus far.

So, I hope this is progressing for July 1 and an announcement as soon as its all wrapped up.
I know they're probably right in the middle of this, but can't wait until its resolved and an announcement comes.

Administration dragging their feet again, position advertised to commence on July 1, what are they doing...They have no problem giving an ineffective softball coach a multi year contract extension yet, they can not make what should be an easy decision to extend Beard. I personally have a low opinion of the people that pull the strings in the athletic dept...

I've been (and still am) out of town, wondering if I missed anything. Try to keep up here and on twitter and TBC mobil app, but, you know how it is on vacations. Any news on this? I did see where a new recruit was just signed, Evan Burkey from La Quinta, Palm Springs area. Beard was in the photo with him.

Due to it being summer vacation, I was able to attend the presser. I really liked Beards comments. He did reference his desire for facility growth (read improvements). He made a reference to the intirim label costing us "a couple of recruits, but we're getting there." I love the gentle honesty.

Watched presser on line and was VERY impressed with Beard.
