Nothing like early midweek baseball to get the juices flowing! Couple matchups with ranked teams coming up this week

Did I read somewhere stAte and Ole Miss going to be on one the SEC channels? On Dish it lists this game SEC+. Not exactly sure what means unless it's an alternate channel.

SEC Network Plus is a fancy name for ESPN3. If there were multiple cancellations elsewhere, they could move the game to the real SEC network, but otherwise online only.

The Jags and Alabama A&M have been canceled because of rain. Instead of a game today and game tomorrow we will play a single game tomorrow.

It's been raining in Oxford most of the day, but both teams seem insistent on playing today. I'm guessing there are not a lot of common make up dates available.

We have major starting pitching issues right now. Today's starter walks 6 Ole Miss batters in the first 2 innings, and we trail predictably 5-0
I know its a midweek game, but we've walked way too many batters this year.

Yep, lots of mistakes. Danny Hall's weekday crew looks pretty damn good too. They might have something cooking up there and you can never spot those guys runs. I think we'll regroup this weekend. Clements looks terrific though!

League went 0-5 today by a combined score of 68-16.
We aren't looking like a top 5 league at all. Still extremely early.

The wheels fell off in the 8th and 9th for the Mavericks. UTA losses 7-2.

WTF? Why is the Sun Belt stinking it up so far? Even the top teams ULL and Coastal are turning in clunkers.

with only 3 guys getting hits, hard to win..tcu manages to get their base runners in. they are pretty stout. over 2000 at the game

Our pitching has been pretty decent; but the bats have been ice cold so far in the first 3 games. That needs to get fixed ASAP!!
