They somehow got a Week 2 conference game so their bye week was either going to be October 21 or November 11. October 21 is the better week for a bye so they found another team with a November 11 open date.

Isn't the reason the rest of the schedules haven't been announced is because of that bathroom bill thing in NC? Because the 2016 schedule was announced 11/13/15 if I'm not mistaken.

That would only be the case if Albany or Stony Brook are slated to play at Elon next season, correct?

I'm pretty sure I read it in a Richmond forum a couple months back. It's not stony brook because they do not play Elon this year. Can't they just play at a neutral site and get it over with? Because it doesn't look like that bill is getting repealed anytime soon.

Already wondering who the 2017 Homecoming opponent will be. I guess we only know at Richmond for the last game, Stony Brook at home on Sept 30, at UVA Sept 2 and then the other two nonconference games Sept 9 and Sept 16.

The two nonconfreence games are with Norfolk State and Bucknell
We will have JMU and Towson at home and hopefully the run of playing UNH will finally end this year. We will go to Elon, Delaware and probably Maine. Will we ever play Albany and Rhody ?

Sep 2 at UVA
Sep 9 at Norfolk St
Sep 16 Bucknell
Sept 30 Stony Brook
Oct 21 HC(unnamed opponent, but probably a in state team and defending FCS champion and all of their purple)
Nov 4 New Hampshire
Nov 11 Towson?
Nov 18 at Richmond
4 conference games, 3 of those away. Probably Towson for senior day. Available Dates appear to be Sept 23, Oct 7, Oct 14, Oct 28 for the 3 road games and 1 bye. Based on this, almost certain to be JMU 10/21 unless we don't play them this year.

It still amazes me how plays Tribe plays UNH so frequently and we have not played URI since Jon Grimes' senior year . Oh well...
