We certainly need depth here, but if you watch his film he sure does not like to stay in the pocket very long.

Straight up exchange for Reggie Bell for depth. Little bigger, little slower, similar skill set. Don't really see him coming in and challenging Roback to start.

After everyone thought that Bolden would come in and start the other year, I really don't expect much from a QB transfer. That being said I wouldn't be shocked to see him starting some games.

Competition is a good thing. Roback definitely needs to improve so another quarterback with some experience pushing for the job helps the quality of the whole QB group. He started one game as a true freshman at Western Kentucky.

What is good is two QBs with experience.
A true freshman at QB is pretty scary 97% of the time (I made the 97% up.
I should have said "most" of the time).
