What's your biggest home non conference game?
USA's non conference home schedule is bad. Best team coming to Mobile is Rice. CBS currently has them ranked #179

Was checking out your schedule, that 20 game conference schedule really screwed you guys. Would be tough selling that OOC schedule to season ticket holders.

North Dakota State is our best game...but they are likely going to kill us, and the rest of the schedule is pretty bad.

Last year of the 20 game schedule. We're going to 18 next year when Coastal shows up to party.

Not a very good home out of conference schedule (at all) for the Cajuns this year. I'm hoping some of the pretty good road schedule this year will lead to some better home games in the next year or two.

Well seeing as we lost to EVERY single D1 team we played last year (including Howard and NJIT at home), I'm not too upset about that.

Yeah it's become somewhat of a joke. I think the last 2 or 3 years we've played a team from the the NCCAA or something which is a league of D2 Christian Based Private schools I believe.

That is an awful home OOC schedule. You need to run right through that thing, anything else will be a disaster.

So, I'm telling myself that our OOC is crappy because Kaspar is still trying to build "confidence" in his players . . . And by extension, the program .. . At least I hope that's the case . .. Cause it's a pretty weak OOC . . .
. . . . just hoping we don't lose at home to the runners . . . . The game last year still leaves a bad taste in my mouth . . .

I like Kaspar, and I think this is smart scheduling...
this program needs w's and confidence right now more than it needs to impress outsiders with strength of schedule.
I wish our football program would take some notes.
