I see the wheels starting to loosen, hang on Bobcats. This would be a big win.

Mavs lose to Houston Baptist. The wheels are far from off. We're now on the chassis.

RE: Baseball 4/28-5/3 - Bobcat87 - 04-28-2015 08:18 PM

T6th, still a 3 all affair . . Bobcats have turned 3 double plays through 5 innings . ..

RE: Baseball 4/28-5/3 - T-Dog - 04-28-2015 08:22 PM

We didn't win. One VT player went 0-0 with 5 walks, 3 runs and 2 RBI's. That sums it up.

RE: Baseball 4/28-5/3 - chiefsfan - 04-28-2015 10:09 PM

AState rests 3 regulars, and doesn't throw a single weekend reliever, and still lead #24 Memphis 3-1 with 2 outs in the 7th before they strung a few hits together off a true freshman and concluding with a Grand Slam. Lost in the end 8-3.

We go to Kansas State this weekend for our OOC series...

I chose to watch the Braves instead of listening to the Southern game... I chose poorly.

the wheels have not only come off the bus but have rolled down the hill and into the creek. I did not think we would be this bad this year. as a guy who has played ball for over 30 years, it seems to me like the players are just mailing it in right now like they would on a team that is pissed at the coach. I hope we can stop the skid and finish the rest of the season on an upswing.
