Ok, so there are enough of you who can describe it so you obviously have some type of access to the stadium and have seen it. Please take some pictures for those of us not there or able to get there!!! :)

White letters? Who comes up with this? Is our chant going to be now "Let's go White and Gold"? ...geez

Thank you! A pic is worth a thousand words, especially a thousand conflicting words. ;-)

White letters, if outlined in green or black, in a yellow endzone would look alright. More logical pick still would have been green "William & Mary" in yellow endzone IMO. Actually, my first choice would be to bring back the Bermuda grass, but I've given up on that ever happening.

A great Tribe fan emailed me these pics. Thanks to him for sending them

Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Have to say ... didn't think I'd like the white lettering in the end zone ... having seen the pictures, I do like it.

Also ... I like whatever type of gold that is in the end zone.

Kudos to the field design ... anyone bury a couple of feathers under the rug when they rolled it out? :-)

Agree, after seeing the pictures I think the white letters look pretty good. Love the "shade" of gold and the mid-field Tribe logo.

Wow, the pictures look pretty good. Can't wait to see it in person. I have to believe the players are excited about playing in this stadium. Let's get some butts in the seats this fall and root on the Tribe. Could be a very special year.

Shhhh! Don't tell 90.

Hopefully they asphalted over the area afterwards to prevent any unpleasant vegetative reoccurrence. I'd like to see the entire campus sanitized in a similar fashion to keep away the hippies.

Finally, a man with a vision. I like your plan, 90...sure, there'd be some upfront costs associated with clearing trees, relocating those pesky animals, and laying good 'ol fashion asphalt but think of all the money we'll save in the long run on landscaping and removing debris. We could finally reach that concrete mountaintop and join our former brethren GA State.

Love the endzone gold. Looks excellent.

Tough to tell from the angle, but I hope the white "William & Mary" in the endzone gets an outline/stroke of some sort. I can see it being tough to read on TV for a noon game with the sun out.

Love it though. Everything about it. Really excited to see the finished product.

I think the revenue gained from the timber, bush meat, and fur sales would self-fund the project. Then there's the windfall of new Parking Services revenue from additional parking pass fees and tickets. Bout time W&M stopped running a nature preserve and put these under-utilized areas to a profitable use. Of course, W&M will need a man who knows a thing or two about parking lot administration and policing to rule over this new asphalt utopia. Do you know anybody with this particular skill set?

You mean like someone with experience Lording over the QB Club Lot charging exorbitant fees for a single parking space in a place that isn't even open for business that day? A person with that skill set?
