Penn State director of player development Anthony Crespino has accepted the director of football operations job at Texas State. Crespino was the director of football operations at Western Michigan last season.

So he worked at Penn St and WMU last year or are they still saying the Penn St thing to cling onto being froma P5 school even if its years later?

I think he was at Texas State, left for 1 year to western Michigan, got hired at Penn state, then decided to come back to TXST instead of working at Penn.
