Just a phenomenal season for him so far.

He hit one in Lafayette this week that was a No Doubter. Guy already looks like an MLBer.

It's a limited viewing, but he looked to be a solid first baseman as well. Made all the balls hit to him look routine. In a tight game and depending on the pitcher, I can see not pitching to him. It's a no mistake zone. He appears to be seeing the ball so well you can't leave a ball over the plate. He even hit some a little off the plate very hard against the Cajuns.

Hit it so hard I don't think the ball has hit the ground yet. Guy is a hell of a player.

Special kid. Father is former GSU Men's BB coach Carter Wilson so he is a Panther through and through.

This guy was big. I stand 6'6" (220) and he made me look like a little kid. Hope this guy continues to blow the ball up. Good pub will come along with it for Georgia State.

Tony Robichaux was picking at his son Austin on Monday (who Wilson hit the ball off of on Friday), and was telling him the kid that they sent to retrieve the ball hadn't made it back yet. If they didn't see him soon, they may have to start putting his face on milk cartons.

I have to say Mike Strentz hit a rocket on Saturday to a similar location, It was about 20' over the scoreboard in left center. To give you an idea, the power alleys are 375'. The scoreboard is about 10' behind the fence, and stands about 40' high to the top of the structure. The balls were about 20' over the top of the scoreboard when they left the park. I don't care who you are, that's mashed.
