I think GSU is going to find things a little rough without Manny Atkins, Devonta White and Curtis Washington. From what I saw and heard out of the first two they are great kids. Curtis Washington is a little flaky but he has a really nice family. The sister and mother sit by me at the SBC tourney and in front of me at our home game against GSU. His sister and mother are both sweethearts and I would put their knowledge of the game of basketball against most message board fans.

I know as fans we sometimes let our competitiveness get in the way of praising the players on the other team. But all of these kids hurt with each loss. Especially a end of the season and their college career loss. This is something these kids been doing since most of them were small kids. Hopefully some of them (all SBC SR) can go on to make a living playing overseas. If not I'm sure most will have a better life because of the things they learned about commitment while playing a sport they and a lot of us love.

Curtis Washington will return for next year.

Thanks for the kind words.

Agree. A lot of nastiness has been said by both fanbases over the last 72 hours. Let's move forward. I still like Georgia State as an addition to this conference.
