Blakeney recruits those diamond in the rough type players and it usually works out for him. I've noticed he kind of hires that way as well. He never really makes a splash hire, but it always seems to work out fine for the most part.

We Hired Vic Koenning after he got fired from Wyoming and he was VERY successful with us, Hes now a NC
Also hired Tony Franklin after his mess at UK and he was VERY successful. Hes now at Cal
Larry tends to let guys have a 2nd shot at things.
