Is Hudson coming back to Greenville - Raleighwood Pirate - 12-20-2012 11:12 AM
I have heard that he is unhappy at FSU and is looking around for a DC position. Someone on the banter board said that he recently touched base with the administration.
For what it is worth, can you imagine how good our team would be if he came back? Mitchell is not a good DC. Hudson is and is proven. If Mitchell's defense sucks in the bowl game I think the choice is now obvious who should take the reigns.

LA Tech can only pay $150,000 for a DC. That is more than a 50% pay cut of what he is currently earning.

The FSU DC, Mark Stoops, got the head coaching job at Kentucky, didn't he? I guess Hudson was passed over for the promotion at FSU and not offered the DC position at Kentucky. Wonder why?

I am not sure, but Hudson was a good DC for us. Supposedly, he and Stoops did not get along

I thought he was getting 1.3 million a year in total? I think that includes his endorsements.

Any more recent news? If there is any truth to ECU moving early, a change at DC is desperately needed. I had great hope for BM this past year after the previous year's improvement, but we all know how that worked out.
