Thanks for the info, I heard Coach Bustle on the radio a week or so ago say they would be offering some players soon. I moved this to the Recruiting folder, hope you don't mind. - ISUCajunfan - 06-22-2004 08:10 PM No problem Swamphound. Hopefully I'll be able to get some more names pretty soon. It's time for recruiting to start up again! - longviewred - 06-23-2004 06:30 PM Recruiting Is almost at a standstill now. I read somwhere that coach Bustle belives that recruiting is always happening and is very important in a well organized program. - Longview Red - 06-26-2004 11:13 AM I keep looking every day for a commitment from somone every day but I guess I will have to wait untill about August or September. - Snoopdog - 07-07-2004 11:04 AM From the 7/6/4 Advocate: QB Brian Babin St. Amant High School 6-4" 200 lbs. Schools of Interest: Michigan, Florida, Louisiana Tech, UL Career Statistics: 317 completions, 568 attempts, 4,247 yards, 36 touchdowns. Rushed 255 times for 866 yards and 11 touchdowns. Plans to be at UL football camp this month. - studentfan - 07-07-2004 02:53 PM See the UL football camp is already paying dividends. Great job Coach Bustle and company keep it up! - Longview Red - 07-07-2004 06:50 PM Summer camps and early recruiting have always paid off in big dividends . Brian Babin would be a blue chipper in any football program in the country. Babin is also a great baseball prospect. - SwampHound - 07-08-2004 05:32 PM Babin is #22 on Dandy Don's list, since he is going to camp here he will probably be dropped out of the Top 100  - studentfan - 07-09-2004 03:14 AM He'll drop off b/c LSUA&M doesn't show interest in him, by his sources. - Longview Red - 07-09-2004 03:49 PM I guess you are right. - SwampHound - 07-09-2004 04:34 PM Longview Red Wrote:I guess you are right.Just kidding Red, you are right. If Babin is a blue chipper he will be so no matter where he goes to summer camp. I think this camp is long overdue (heard it has not happened here since the mid 80's). I was just poking fun at Dandy Don and how anyone who chooses a school beside LSU is suddenly not a good player :D |
