I see that most people haven't been to Cajun Field before a home game. Bands under the Oak Tree, boudin, gumbo (even when its hot), boiled crawfish on occasions, etc. You name it, we cook it.

The closest I've been to Louisiana tailgating is in New Orleans for Mardi Gras
And boy I gotta tell you guys, the "Lou" has some good cooking:Crawfish
Gator
Gumbo
King Cake
I will be travelling on the road to FIU's games in 2005-2006 and beyond as soon as I get this degree and can afford it and I will be sure to make a stop in the "Lou" and I'm not talking about St. Louis.
