This is not the first time Don Strock has experienced this scenario: his team trailing a stout opponent late in a game before the backup quarterback enters and ignites a rally to steal a win.
Years ago, Strock was that backup quarterback for the Dolphins. And, Saturday night at Youngstown State, the Florida International coach made the decision to turn to backup David Tabor.
