ABSOLUTELY!!!

BC-C and Grambling proved it last year. They were thirty-point doormats for Georgia Southern and McNeese respectively. Those were the two best HBCU programs in the country.

I'd have to agree, although Wofford, as good as they were last season, only beat South Carolina State 7-6. GO CATAMOUNTS!! 04-cheers

Wouldn't go so far as to say Woffie was as good as it gets. They were precocious and played well 4 or 5 games. This year, they'll be back to normal. 03-razz
