best; buford
jermaine tate. one of my all time favorites
keith legree. hot take?
simas
aziz
nolley. him was buckets
lazelle(?)
jarron cumberland's cousin (that dude was sick)
kyle washington from the good ole days of transferring
newman and that's ten if we count durden. i forget how he came here. we can add dejulius if he doesn't count. or just make it go to, eleven

worst

rap from colgate. i think he could have been better. but homeboy couldn't even hold onto the ball
mike williams. i mean, he was an all american
reynolds i guess. this is harder than i thought
sorrola. i kinda liked his game. kinda funky
who else quit on brannen?
someone else do it

What about Aaron McGhee transferring out and becoming an All American at Oklahoma? Did he go to make room for Dermarr?

I guess Antwan Jones was a JUCO, but I remember Sports Illustrated did a big story on him before the season and he was supposed to be great and he very quickly did not work out.

On the positive side, Nick Williams from Kansas St. was a solid player here.

mcghee most def was asked to leave. in hindsight, he would have been an ace compliment to logan and satterfield. nobody wanted him to leave but whom you suggest had? shows how much firepower was on that team. nick williams was dope. couldn't stay healthy if my memory. i feel like he coulda been a bearcat another year. nice recollection. add to the list, cane broome. he fared well despite the expectations. apparently kevin ollie did mick a solid there

now let's bring this back to jermaine tate for a second. dude was a banger. kelvin sampson molded his big men after facing tate while a sooner. true story. his numbers didn't translate from big state, but man did he buy in. an intangibles man. loved his coach. at least that's how i remember it. the whole loving the coach thing is what gives me some hope for coach miller. all our successful teams loved playing for their coach. an almost unblemished streak going back to the turn of the nineties

I think Kyle Washington deserves more love than he's gotten so far.

Averaged 12 & 6 with 1.3 blocks/game over 2 full seasons while slashing 51/36/72.

I realize that the majority of the discussion thus far...for obvious reasons...has been on basketball transfers, but I'd be remiss without bringing in Ben Mauk into the "Best Transfer" category.

How could the Football side not start and end with Ivan Pace?

I'm still angry the Bengals didn't sign him. The defensive player of the year in a respectable AAC conference should never go undrafted regardless of measurables. He even blew everyone away at the Senior bowl. How did the entire world miss on him.
